Power is always going off call the office and no one knows anything they transfer you to Albuquerque they know we live in a problem area and have outages all the time, but don't seem to do anything about it. They don't seem to mind charging a bundle for what they do provide

Worst power company I have ever had, by far. Power is constantly going out and often takes hours to get it back on. Also the rates seem pretty high compared to other power company’s I have had in the past. Premium price for substandard service!! Do better!!

Always losing power. Takes hours to get back on. Once had something rapped around one my my power lines dew to bad weather wanted to charge me $50 to cut off power to remove it. Was and still is stealimg power we produce, and selling it back to us at 10x the rate. When we produced it. No one in the office will do anything by state law. You will need to contact the attorney general's office to report the issue. Bills and meters mess up every month. Meters use themselves even when all breakers are off. They will tell you all equipment is new must be fine.oke thing I learned if it's shinny doesn't mean it's good. Had the meter changed once in July and our bill got cut in half. But wasn't the meter huh? Then changed again because it was reading when all power was off. Before the new meters normal bill was low after meters $120 when to $300. Every month use the same stuff the same amounts. But there is a $200 bill then a $300, once $350. And goes up and down. That's big changes. We were doing $120. I believe they are failing on every aspect of being an electric company. He'll everytime the power goes out they didn't even know it when out when you call. They were at one point pushing 280 volt to 290 volts of electricity to my panels . It was messing upy my electronics. They had the power lines turned up it messed up a few transformers on the streets. Was up to 14000 volts I was told. Was causing massive outages till they turned it down. If you can avoid them I would we are stuck with them till we get batteries for the panels.
