Ryan replaced my boiler in 1 day and answered any questions I had upon completion. Down to earth person who delivers quality at a fair price. I would highly recommend using Cloak & Sons for any of your HVAC needs. I had a full conversion from oil to electric for heat & hot water. They removed my old outdoor oil tank too. My experience started with Bill. He was very insightful, honest, and professional! He went above and beyond to give me the best pricing, customer service, and was very efficient. I received numerous quotes from other HVAC companies who didn't provide as much detail, information/credentials or even walk me through the steps. This companies teamwork is commendable. The team is full of great people with integrity, very honest and they do high-quality work. The project took 3days. The team cleaned up after each day & did a final sweep/walk through at the end. Ryan is the owner who communicated all the work as it was being completed and made sure it was done to standard/code. The team was very attentive, and courteous. Dana is amazing too! Dana is the office manager who explained warranties, coverage, pricing, permits, reciepts & made sure I was completly satisfied.
