Ben and Clayton were the best! Very professional and took the time to help me understand the process for replacing my stove chimney. Camille and Nicole were the perfect "face" of the office. I was notified at all times of the progress of my repair. I would highly recommend this company for your chimney needs!!

Had a great experience getting chimney cleaned and inspected. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and enthusiastic about his job. He went over everything he found and let me know if it was anything I needed to worry about. Most of it was stuff he said wouldn't pose any hazard to using the fireplace and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He also made me aware of a fire hazard that I did not consider. So, overall this job was well worth the cost of service. Thanks Ben!

I'm so grateful for the work that CBS completed on my home. I was trying to get an installation before the holidays and on a time crunch. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, they were able to work around all of the intricacies of my existing unit and situation. They were very knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job installing our beautiful pellet stove. We were given great instructions on how to fill the stove with pellets and clean the stove. We would have them come out again should we need another stove installed.
