This 5 star is for attic pros - Jorge Martinez who is our 4th service person coming for mice check. He identified several holes which was never checked and not closed by others. Patient, thoroughness, professionally clean work. Attic pro is also a great company where in they send the professionals whenever we called them during warranty period. 5 star satisfaction and thoroughness for Jorge. Update: Attic Pros came through with two guys who worked 10 hours on a Saturday to get the job done right. Thank You. Do not let them insulate your walls. They don’t have enough “handymen” to complete the job in a reasonable time so the workers must take shortcuts. I was lied to every day about workers arriving. I was promised 2 guys each day but always got 1 guy for a half day. Find someone local instead of these guys.
Jorge Martínez from Attic Pros was incredible. He inspected bothe the inside and outside of our home thoroughly. He found several openings where rodents could enter and sealed them. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. I recommend him and Attic Pros extremely highly.
I bought an older house that hadn’t been maintained for years. There were a lot of entry points for rats to enter the attic, crawl space, and garage. I needed work on the HVAC, asbestos in the crawl space, insulation in the attic, as well as rat exclusion. The issue had gotten out of control and they were able to help at a much more affordable rate than all the other estimates I’d received. I needed a few minor things to be done after the big job and Jorge Martinez was super helpful in getting the last of the work completed.
