Honestly the best reasonable shop in Louisville. Was able to come to me and work around my hectic schedule he was fast and professional loved the service and how well my windshield looks I appreciate it definitely a 10/10 hands down

First of all my car was broken into while at work, I work in high school. However I found out at 12, googled and got quotes from 2 other places in the $600 range! Called this place at 1:45, he ordered the window had there in an hour, i got to them at 3, and i was headed home w my new window by 3:40. Superior customer service, and very reasonable prices!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

The BEST service in Louisville! Amar made a special trip to help accommodate my situation. He took my car to service it at the shop, and even dropped it back off to me!! Arnold Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. I had a cracked windshield and needed it fixed fast. I called them and was able to come in the same day—they had it repaired and ready in less than 24 hours. Everything went smoothly, and they were approved through my insurance (Progressive), which made the process easy. I originally called a different place, but they had me on the phone with my insurance for 30 minutes just to tell me I’d need to come back in a week after they ordered the glass. We were traveling from Alabama and Arnold did a great job replacing and recalibrating our front windshield. Our car was broken into and the rear glass was busted the very next day. They did another awesome job with replacing the second glass within 24hrs and had us back on the road again! I appreciate the great work and would highly recommend this company!
