Thanks and praise go out to Haley and Heidi for their excellent support for setting up our 3 new computers. From start to finish they were knowledgeable and patient with our many requests and questions. They took the time to ensure everything was set up correctly and we were able to access all of our programs without incident. Special shout out to Heidi for getting our QB's back into multi user function!! :) Their efforts today were greatly appreciated!!

Vaughn and Luke performed a "miracle" when they were able to restore my desktop. They knew their stuff and didn't "drop the ball" at any point. Thanks very much!

We like working with Applied Connective Tech because they listen to our issues and help us work through the problems that come up in our office. Small or big doesn't matter they are there to help us trouble shoot the issue. We recently received an upgrade to our phone system with a few issues, but Eric, Lance, and a few people from their Norfolk office helped quickly with the troubleshooting and they got it taken care of. We also had a small teaching session of how to use our *New phone system*. :) There is an option to setup voicemail to our emails, which we totally wanted (which is a great feature if your out of the office). I would recommend this company to anyone for their technical expertise, great customer service, forward thinking in an ever growing world.
