Tried to tell me that Microsoft would not allow them to create a Media Recovery Tool for me so I could reinstall Windows on my own machine. Said they could only help if I paid $139 for them to reinstall Windows for me. Very dishonest, and a bad way to do business.

Ryan will order parts for your build, and also lead you in the right direction for parts to order in the future if you are unsure what is compatible with the current PC you own. He will also try to trade in any well functioning parts to your PC that are being replaced, to deduct your price as much as possible once your PC is completed. Overall, he makes the proce... I’d give Ryan and his business 10 stars if I could. I bought a refurbished laptop, very affordable. It was Dell and different from my former device. Because I’m not computer savvy, I had to return 3 times because I had problems navigating and uploading documents. Ryan never judged me or got impatient. I’m am in my late 50’s.
