Anderson sent a tech to meet the Inspector for permit sign-off & called us to make sure we were available for the appointment. Both the office staff & the in-home technician were polite, knowledgeable & willing to help with our requests. We needed special filters & they supplied them at a reasonable price. The tech helped to reinstall the intake cover inside our home which we greatly appreciated. Anderson Carson City is a reliable & competent A/C company. We received 6 quotes & Anderson was competitive in price & features for the Lennox model we selected. We highly recommend them.
