I think a fitting (though old) term for Anderson Brothers would be "Johnny on the Spot". My furnace quit the Friday of what was to be a brutally cold weekend. I called Anderson Brothers at 8:48 PM and first off, so excited to actually get a real person and not an AI generated text. I will not name names of that company but that was quite the experience. I appreciated a real voice and response to my immediate issue. The wonderful lady that I spoke to was kind and thorough and by 9:00 PM she had organized for their tech Brandon Gebel to call me to let me know he was on his way. Upon his prompt arrival Brandon knew immediately that it was simply the thermocouple. He immediately replaced the thermocouple and quickly performed a yearly maintenance on my old furnace. I cannot say enough about Brandon to share all that he is/was. He is extremely professional, courteous, attentive and personable. I was even more impressed that he texted me to follow-up and that I was to be sure to let him know if I had any further problems.
Kudos Brandon and to the kind voice that answered my initial call. Thank you Anderson Brothers! I've lived in Kearney for 20+ years and I've never used your services, so thank you for making my first experience grand especially at the last minute.

We lost power due to an electrical issue on the main power line to the house on a Saturday evening. I called three electrical companies that offered "24 hour service". On two of them I left a voicemail. When I called Anderson I got an answering service, a real person that I was able to explain the problem. Shortly after that I got a call from their on-call technician. He gathered my information and then a journeyman electrician, Kelly, called me back shortly after that. We talked through the problem, I sent pictures and information to him on his cell. Given the need for parts and the late hour, we both decided to wait until Sunday morn...We lost power due to an electrical issue on the main power line to the house on a Saturday evening. He was able to find a wholesale electrical supply house that would open on Sunday morning and he was at our house before noon. He was pleasant, professional and made the repair quickly. After the repair was completed I learned that our house was really outside of their normal service area, but given the emergency they still provided service and made the repair on a Sunday. Kelly did a great job and I can't recommend him or Anderson Bros enough. They have earned my loyalty in the future. Also, I never did hear back from the other two Electrical Companies that clearly proved they don't actually provide "24 hour or emergency service". It is hard to find contractors that care, provide good service and are there when you need them. Anderson proved to me that they are one of those rare companies that do.

Had another company no show on me after a month of waiting. Called Andersons and the next day someone showed up. The techs are super professional and personable they kept on until they found my main issue and got it fixed right. Mara was very kind and compassionate during this stressful situation. I can't praise them enough. Highly recommend
