American Fire Protection

I was so glad that AFP keeps great records!!! They were proactive and called ME when it was time to update my annual fire protection inspection! I had completely forgotten about it but American Fire had us covered. They showed up when they were supposed to and quickly completed our inspection. Thank you American Fire Protection!!!

I cannot give high enough praise! Kristi and Ken were wonderful in helping me with my annual backflow testing. After getting the runaround with other companies they gave me peace of mind and offered their opinion in the most professional way. I don’t think i’ve gotten better customer service from anywhere else! They were responsive and knowledgeable which is hard to find. I will recommend American Fire Protection any time i get the opportunity.

I have been working with them for over a year on 75 of my commercial properties. They do a great job and always make sure we are in compliance.

These guys are awesome. They are quick to respond and professional. Kristi is always a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any problems.

I used the company in the past for backflow testing but they have jacked up the price to $65.00 and failed to mention the increase until it was time to pay the bill. How absolutely absurd to charge that much! I will never use your service again and will NOT be recommending this business! You had the chance to make it right by charging me the same as last year but you failed in the customer service area miserably!
