Alpha Flooring did an amazing job refinishing our floors. Clayton and his crew were very professional and communicative. Our hardwood floors look beautiful!

At first glimpse it looked nice via pics prior to Moving into new home and but now not so much .. we asked for protective coating and was told 3 coats but now we have scratches and black marks. Then when we text or call the number no answer to see if we can fix the problem. After this review please don’t reach out now. We even had the day off Thursday 11/13 because you said you would fix our floors between 1300-1400. Unprofessional to not respond to our text.

I had a floor in a rental refinished by Alpha and I had it done for two reasons: The price was reasonable and because it was a rental, I'd take my chances that it would come out OK. Boy, was I amazed at how beautiful it is. It's just gorgeous and other contractors who have been in the house to fix other things have all commented on what a great job it was. Alpha was quick, communication was great and I really love how it turned out.
