The check engine light came on in my 2003 Ford Expedition. I brought it to the national chain that I usually work with for routine maintenance, but they were unable to fully diagnose the problem. I had heard about All Tech and decided to give them a try. Joe assessed the situation and get back to me quickly with his findings. I had a bad coil and he was sure he could fix it no problem. He went on to tell me that my spark plugs were getting near the end of their recommended life. My truck has 170,000 miles and my goal is to get another hundred thousand out of it so I'm diligent about keeping up with the recommended maintenance. I'm glad Joe brought this to my attention and I had him replace the plugs and do a few other maintenance items that he found. The estimate I got was better than I've ever seen for this work from either the national repair chain or the local dealer. I was pleasantly surprised when the actual total was slightly less than the estimate. When I asked Joe about this he explained that he didn't need to do all the work that he originally thought. I really appreciate the thoroughness and honesty that Joe offers. All Tech's service is excellent and I'm glad to have a mechanic who I can count on to know my car and service it well. After my experience with All Tech I'll be going back for repairs and maintenance.
