Dakota was on time and professional. He checked my outlet and it was fine, replaced the garbage disposal and showed me how to fill up the sink and drain it to check for leaks. Made sure it ran and gave me the price he quoted for the product. The service call and labor were the same as estimated. A very pleasant and fast repair. I would recommend this company. Thanks, Pam
We have used Aim to Please a few times now for our plumbing and electrical needs. They are very knowledgable, competent, and polite. We had them re-install a toilet and vanity sink in one visit, as well as replace our water shut off with a valve. Another visit they took a look at some electrical issues we were having after some surges. The services were on the higher end price-wise. But the service was excellent. They did inadvertently take our tape measurer and we called after they left and they returned it same day.
My experience with Aim To Please Plumbing ended up being mixed, and I want to be fair in describing it. On the first day, an apprentice named Jalen came out. He was polite on the surface, but his attitude felt dismissive and uninterested. When I asked a simple question about using a Fluidmaster seal, he reacted in a way that came across as borderline hostile, and it left me feeling like I had no say in my own home. However, I later learned that this was not the licensed plumber. The next day, Malachi — the licensed professional — came out, and he was the complete opposite. He’s a good guy, and I want to make sure that part is acknowledged. The final bill was $563, which felt high for the work performed, but I do want to be clear that Malachi himself handled things professionally and respectfully. This review reflects both parts of the experience: a rough first day with the apprentice, followed by a much better interaction with the licensed plumber.
