The owner provided great customer service and a great price on my new iPhone. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely refer anyone to his business. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future. Stay blessed.
Complete lack of customer service. I brought my iPhone X in on April 12 and within 2 weeks was having issues with the display so I brought it into another repair store. They opened the phone to find the blue plastic protective sheet from the display still inside the phone which caused it to overheat. They also found the display seal was missing pieces which led to severe water damage. This phone is irreparable and I now had to purchase a new phone. Considering these issues were caused by improper repair at this store, I am asked the owner to pay me the value of the phone. I was requesting $700 as that is what Verizon offered me as a trade in... He denied any and all responsibility for improper repair of the phone and hung up on me. Avoid this business at all costs. They do not provide good services and do not have proper customer service.
