Tech was very respectful and great customer service. Did my full maintenance on my AC and telling me everything he was doing and explain everything to me very professionally.He let me know my capacitor was bad and he replaced it. But the install crew that installed my new AC unit I’m not happy with them. And the reason why they got five star was because of the maintenance guy.
Really glad we had Tristan out to do our maintenance today. He cleaned everything and made sure everything was in good condition. Even though the unit is only a year old he explained how important it is to do the preventative maintenance to ensure a longer life of our system. Thank you for the 5 star service today Tristan!
From the time you book your appointment to the time the tech leaves, the communication with this place is phenomenal. The techs not only know what they’re doing, they are respectful and personable. I wouldn’t use anyone else to service my AC or heating systems.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Allen McDonald. He came to our house to diagnose a problem we were having with our gas fireplace. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, as well as very personable and professional. He is quick to respond should you have any questions and explains things thoroughly. I highly recommend Allen. He goes above and beyond for his customers. AccuTemp Services is very lucky to have him as a part of their team. He is the true definition of excellent customer service.
