ABC Vacuum

Vacuum dealers are a dwindling resource in the Valley, especially if you want a buy-it-for-life model, so it’s great that ABC is still around and such a great option. Whatever consumables or accessories you want for a Sebo or Miele, they’ve got it in store. Bissell on the fritz? They probably have your belt or valve in stock so you can get back to carpet cleaning today.

I just have to get a shout out to this place. I called 3 to 4 different places that were on Google. I’m not sure why they were listed 4th below on google they should’ve been on the top after all the calls that I have made all the customer service that was given back. I have to agree and say ABC vacuum I will always highly recommend Brandi and Larry were absolutely kind people! I didn’t feel like I was pressured on purchasing things or feeling like I was being total scam. They were very honest from the gecko and very helpful Brandy‘s personality over the phone was kind answered all my questions and did NOT make me feel dismissive. When I dropped off my Kirby for maintenance, Larry was very kind to me. Also did not make me feel like I was being pressured into Buy extra things he explained throughly to me about my Kirby vacuum . I felt very comfortable, especially knowing they have been up and running for many years! I would give 10stars if i could!

I love supporting family owned businesses. They really took care of me, even finding replacement bearing for my vintage Electrolux Olympia and tuned it up so it works like new. So happy with the way they treated me and the service I received. Definitely coming back again!

First and foremost, what caught my attention were the words used in the description, indicating 'second-generation family-owned.' I work for a 4th generation family owned business and recognize how much energy goes into respecting customers.... This is what brought me to ABC vacuum. I initially went with intent to talk about repairs of a vacuum I own. Once I saw the quality of units they believed in, I told Larry I never wanted to buy a vacuum again. He immediately started off with low to high price options. He asked me questions I never would have thought should have been considered when buying a vacuum. I did buy a high-end German vacuum, but unfortunately, this means I will not need to pop in for vacuum business needs yet instead to visit Larry socially. (Really easy-going guy). We need more quality places like this and less big box throw-away crap..... Think outside the box.
