I am posting this on behalf of an elderly person who is limited in her mobility and is thus highly dependent on the Net for her daily needs and social interaction. She recently acquired a new PC-to replace a ten-year old one, and asked me to please find some help for her to install it in her home. A2Z responded promptly to our request and, in just a brief visit to her home, the technician (Ari G.) configured her computer, connected it to the Internet, restored a lapsed email account, installed an anti virus program and several apps and shortcuts that she used regularly on her old computer. Ari was wonderful! He paid attention to how I wanted my computer to be set up and gave me very good advice. He also taught me what some of the icons and symbols mean. (I am a little old lady who is not tech savvy!) He was here for 1 hour 45 minutes but only charged me for 1 hour 30 minutes.
