Absolutely the worst customer service. I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to have a new screen put on due to mine was cracked. I paid $250 to have the screen replaced! The screen quit working before I got home. I had to go on to work so didn't get to take it right back down there that day. My husband took it an they refused to fix it, said I had dropped it. The phone had been laying in one spot all the way home it was NEVER dropped. They said I would have to pay another $250 for them to fix it When my husband took it back u could see everything on the screen, it just wouldn't do anything when u tried to swipe up to open it, no cracks or anything the... While my husband was there the guy tried to pry it open an now you can't even see anything half the screen is blue an green, the other half is completely black. I refused to pay another $250 to fix something not only did they mess up but made it worse! Will never let them touch anything I have, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
