Initial service call indicated our Samsung Gas Oven was definitely 25 or more degrees below chosen temp...Temperature sensor ordered and installed 4 days later and we are now getting the temps right for cooking.
Well it seems the holidays are the perfect time for appliances to fail, right? Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! We thought we were going to have to replace the dryer! I actually used ChatGPT for answers and it led me to A1 Appliaces out of Huntersville, NC! As it turned out we had called A1 once before, so we felt a little more confident… after yesterdays experience we were super grateful we called! Not only were they responsive ( help in our home within 24 hours), but the young man they sent to assist us (Stan) was respectful, polite, informative and able to diagnose and repair within 45 minutes!
