A-Hinze Fence Contractors

Today is November 1st.. I am updating my review as have had my fence and I am not very happy with the overall fence itself. I have had an ongoing issue with the gate in the beginning Frank came out and adjusted the gate and moved the latch for me. however the latch has been an ongoing issue. With the fence either sagging or the gate moving I'm not sure but the latch was not lining up again and this has been happening pretty much Non-Stop.. also the latch that was installed has been a continual issue.. the screws that hold it together kept coming loose.. I have been constantly having to tighten it.. I went away for a week came home and apparently the screws that hold the arm in place came so loose that the arm fell off.. I have no idea where the arm or the screw went.. I have been working non-stop and really didn't have time to get to it.. I decided I would go out and buy a new one .. but no one locally carries it so it's become a headache. I did reach out to Frank to see if they happen to have one that I could buy or perhaps they might feel they should fix the response I got was look online. Sadly this experience has brought my opinion of the company down. I have a gate that I paid a good amount of money for that looks terrible and at the moment doesn't work properly .. below is what I wrote when they first put in the fence above is my feelings now... I am adding three pictures at the end to show the issue with the latch how it's falling apart and no longer lines up. I am extremely happy with A Hinez fence. There's nothing that I could say about the experience that would be negative. Frank came and gave me my quote. They were the best price of all the quotes. I have heard other people say they're permitting took forever, weeks even months. My permit was ready in 3 days and was completely handled by them. We set up a day to do the fence they were taking down my old and putting up the new over a two-day period. Everything ran like clockwork. The finished fence looks great I've gotten many compliments on it. They did everything I requested making changes along the way and doing it without an attitude The job was not without a couple of issues but the way they were handled was great. The supplier decided to deliver the fence panels much earlier than expected. I called Frank and he got on top of it got it taken care of.. so if an issue arises, I think you can count on it being taken care of. This issue was not anything that they could have controlled but they fixed it immediately. The fence passed permitting inspection on the first try with no problems. I can honestly say I'm very happy Frank and his crew did a great job. Don't hesitate using them. Thank you Hinze
