Our church building had three structures that needed to be removed from our back lot, a large block enclosure, a block shed and an old 25’ steel storage container. 702 Demo gave us an attractive quote and promptly demo’d and removed all three without a trace. They even helped us locate the power breaker to the shed and pull all the wires out from under ground to isolate it electrically, at no extra charge. And when they were finished they raked the entire 1 acre lot, which we didn’t even ask for. The area has never looked better. Mike and Cody and the whole team were pleasant to deal with and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We utilized 702 Demo to have our pool filled in. We are very happy they could do it considering our backyard is landlocked in terms of access. Given the labor it took the price was reasonable. 2.5 days later and we are ready to finalize the project with turf installation. Courteous, reliable and did an excellent job. Mike came out to give me an estimate, explained the process, took care of permits and was great at communicating with me from start to finish. Cody and Mario were the guys who did the work. I was very impressed by how professional and hard working they were. You can tell they took pride in their work and had great work ethic.
