We’ve worked with Matthew Lutz multiple times over the years, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, when we were preparing our home for sale, he helped guide us on which improvements would give us the best return on investment and avoiding some less useful improvements. The results made the home show much better and ultimately helped us sell quickly, and for more than asking price. It’s rare to find someone who can both; help with home improvements to increase value, and then also successfully sell the property. Matthew does both extremely well. We’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area.
