I called 5 Star Plumbing yesterday for an issue I was having with my toilet. They were able to get someone out to my home same day. Armando showed up and really took care of us. He was courteous, explained thoroughly what the issue was and even showed me the equipment that was failing. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you Armando!

First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the d... After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

Had previously been pleased with Five Star for a HVAC installation by them. Trusted them to do a good job on my dishwasher installation. Our first technician overcharged for what he completed poorly. I wrote a negative review which Teresa responded to quickly. They offered to fix problems and reduce the charge. They did as promised. I am back to being a happy Five Star customer.

I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! So, Five Star Plumbing, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE. YOU TOOK CARE OF MY MOTHER, and because you did that, YOU ALSO TOOK CARE OF OUR ENTIRE FAMILY!!
